This book communicates a distillation of researches that have been carried out at the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences. It may be of benefit to those in applied sciences including agriculturists, food technologies, undergraduates and post graduates as it provides current research findings of the Faculty. Additionally, the book would be useful for the state and country as a whole as it provides information on research findings which are related to the natural resources of Sarawak.
